In a hectic time with tons of people needing trees removed, these guys were communicative, fast (showed up on time as agreed with one call for quote), gave quote on the spot, quote was significantly lower than the other I had, and they showed up at the time agreed upon, knocked it out so fast, and then called to make sure we were happy with the work before payment. We were very happy with it, and payment was easy and fast. These guys are a number to save in your phone when you absolutely gotta get it done. Awesome.

We needed a tree removed but were worried because it was near the house and wooden fence. Many limbs were hanging into our neighbor’s backyard, too.

We contacted Poncho and Friends and got on their calendar right away. Even though we had some rainy weather delays, the job was completed in a few days. It actually took one whole day to carefully remove the tree and another to grind the trunk.

I’m a careful customer and needed to see a copy of insurance etc. They were happy to send it. I was so pleased and amazed at how the men worked together to put each limb exactly where they intended. They did a good job cleaning up and hauling off the debris.

Poncho & Friends cut a very large oak tree that was covered in poison sumac that was over hanging our shop. They roped off and cut every single limb and landed them precisely where they wanted them. Very good at what they do and was the best price in town. They do carry insurance which I did call and verify because so many people can fake an Accord certificate. I would give them a 10 rating if I could. These guys work hard in this Louisiana heat. I have more trees to cut in the future and will be calling on them again. I don’t know why this post is showing my son Hunter as the reviewer. My name is Tiffany Patterson and again I would definitely refer these guys to anyone.
